Excellent Performance. But note the unexpected phase shift which suggests that one channel is being processed behind the other.
90 deg at 10kHz represents about 1mm path difference in stereo listening, or 5mm of head movement off-centre, so it cannot be regarded as significant.
For broadcast though, this is unacceptable because combining to mono will produce 3dB loss at 10kHz.
