This represents the worst case of two MM3's compared. See also the DPA4060 test where the reference is the blue mic in this trace, and the Mackie speaker test using the same (blue trace here )MM3.
Taken together these are good evidence that the MM3's are flat to +-1dB 20Hz to 20kHz. The reference (blue) is suspected as being a little high at 20kHz.
