In-out test with the iMic set to 'line' mode. Tested using an iPad running Multitrack DAW. Frequency response is ok, reasonable noise performance (still 15dB off optimal 16bit performance, but only 3dB off MM4 mic noise in high gain position on preamp). Handles professional levels upto +18dB. A reasonable quality, portable card that is very affordable. Recommended for use with an iPad
